Troubleshooting :
If you are still having issues with Checkout , PayPal or Credit card orders there is a few tips / tricks that may help.
The Mobile Website :

seems to work for some people where the Normal website is not. This can be accessed from any Smartphone ( Galaxy / Iphone etc) or tablet . Paste the link into you computer and you can access the mobile site from any desktop as well. The PayPal issues does not seem to arise using this site.
 
A" PAYPAL SEND MONEY " Payment method order can be entered ( select this from the payment methods)  and then you can logon on to PayPal separately and complete a" Send Money " using  sales@v2cigsaustralia.com as the email address
 
A Direct deposit order can be entered clicking on the direct deposit option  at the checkout  and the funds  are transferred thru your own internet bank.
This is a MANUAL transfer between you bank ( ANZ, Commbank etc ) to V2Cigs Australia .
Once you have completed , it generally it may take 2-3 days for the payment to reach us as cleared.
Your order will be packed once cleared

Tips / Troubleshooting:
Most errors are occurring with people who are using older Internet Explorer Versions ( UNDER IE9 )
If possible , this can be upgraded from Microsoft Directly :

Another possible fix is clearing your DNS Cache , please complete the following :
The DNS cache is database run by a computer's operating system. It contains records of all recently accessed Internet domains. When the location of the page changes before the entry in your DNS cache is updated this can cause problems accessing the page.

To clear this use the following:

Windows XP, 2000, Vista, 7, 8

A) Open the Start Menu
B) In the search bar (or via the programme menu) find Command Prompt and right click on it. Select "Run as Administrator"
C) In the command prompt box, type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

press Return or Enter
 
 
Cleaning your cache can also help :
How do I clear my cache?
Internet Explorer:
Click on tools then delete browsing history, then tick the boxes for temp internet files and cookies and click delete

Chrome:
Click the wrench at top right and click on tools then clear browsing data, then tick the box for empty the cache and delete cookies and at the top choose to obliterate items from the beginning of time and click clear browsing data at bottom.

Firefox:
Click tools then clear recent history, time range to clear choose everything, tick the boxes for cookies and cache and click clear now.
